Pay: $22–$25/hr + Bonuses + Full Benefits
Schedule:  Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00–6:30pm .

About the Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference and engaging with people face-to-face? We are seeking energetic and motivated Face to Face Fundraisers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will connect with the community, raise awareness for vital causes, and inspire support through engaging conversations and donations. Your enthusiasm and relationship-building skills will help drive impactful change while providing an enriching experience for both yourself and the communities you serve. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your communication, fundraising, and strategic planning skills in a lively, purpose-driven environment.

Campaign :   Planned Parenthood Federation of America

This is an outdoor, street‑based fundraising position requiring 6+ hours of walking/standing daily and achieving 8 donors per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22/hr + weekly bonuses (Professional Fundraiser)
• $25/hr + bonuses (Advanced Fundraiser; 9 donors/week)

What You’ll Do

• Engage confidently with the public to communicate Planned Parenthoods mission and impact
• Build quick, authentic relationships with potential donors
• Inspire recurring support through compelling storytelling and active listening
• Achieve 8 donors per week
• Maintain excellent public‑facing communication and customer service
• Collaborate with your team to strengthen outreach strategy and results
