Job Summary

Lead quality assurance and quality systems within a high-volume manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on PCB/PCBA assembly and electromechanical integration. Manage customer and regulatory audits, quality improvement initiatives, manufacturing issues, and cross-functional quality programs.



Job Title: Quality Manager 4

Location: Milpitas, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain quality systems and assurance programs.
• Manage customer, regulatory, and compliance audits.
• Interface with customers on technical and quality issues.
• Lead quality improvement, corrective actions, and problem-solving.
• Support PCB/PCBA assembly and electromechanical manufacturing quality.
• Partner with engineering, production, suppliers, and management to resolve quality issues.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop quality teams and establish quality policies, procedures, and controls.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of quality systems or related experience.
• Previous Quality Manager / managerial experience.
• 5+ years of electromechanical integration and/or PCB/PCBA assembly experience.
• 3+ years of Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Strong experience with Quality Assurance, QMS, customer audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Six Sigma Green Belt and compliance training experience preferred.
