Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch their career in project management within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project teams by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with team members to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
