Are you an ambitious accounting leader looking for a high-visibility role where your work directly drives growth? We are seeking a Controller to serve as the key operational partner to the CFO at a rapidly expanding, highly profitable middle-market business. This is a foundational position designed for a sharp finance leader ready to run core operations, mentor a team, and build a scalable accounting infrastructure.
salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Core Accounting Operations: Fully own the general ledger, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, cash flow management, and multi-entity consolidations under GAAP.
- Strategic Partnership: work with C-Suite on cash flow strategy and multi-entity financial oversight.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a dedicated small team of accounting professionals, fostering accountability and growth.
- Systems & Workflow Scaling: streamline/automate processes and enhance accounting systems to support scalability
- External Relations: Manage relationships with external auditors, tax and banking partners.
